Registration is closed

The AHC Family meeting will be postponed somewhat and will be held as a separate, virtual meeting later in the fall. Due to thevirtual format, we believe that a separate AHC family meeting following the scientific Symposium will offer good possibilities to discuss the topics as well as focus on family related questions and discussions specific for this meeting. We will get back to you with a date for this meeting! The AHC Family meeting will not require any additional costs. 

Registration fees

  • Regular registration fee, digital conference: SEK 2,000
  • Reduced fee, digital conference: SEK 1,500 (available for AHC members, PhD-students, Patients and Parents)

The registration fee includes access to the digital conference platform, to watch the streamed lectures, take part of abstracts and communicate with other delegates via chat. More information about the conference platform will be presented shortly.

Any surplus from the Symposium will go in full to the planned, separate AHC Family meeting later in the fall and to the next regular ATP1A3 in Disease Symposium.

For digital conferences, VAT is excempt.
EUR 1 is approximately SEK 10. Exchange rates may vary. To see current exchange rates, please visit for example www.oanda.com

 

Payment instructions and cancellation conditions

Swedish participants

Swedish participants can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
Invoice to Swedish organizations will be sent as an electronical invoice (e-faktura) if possible.

Participants from outside Sweden

All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)
Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer (invoice).

Invoice

When choosing ‘International bank transfer’ in the registration form, you will receive an invoice including bank transfer information (bank account number, IBAN, etc). The invoice is created manually, and will be sent as a pdf attachment by e-mail, usually a few days after registration.
The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.
The invoice option will close by 9 August, 2021, and from 10 August only credit card payment will be available.

Information about payment with credit card

We accept the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard.

For your safety, our payment system is connected to the 3D Secure system for ensuring the security of payments made through the internet. Your card needs to be connected to Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode. Your bank can inform you if your card is connected, and if not already, how it can be connected.

If you receive an error message when paying with your card, please check with your bank to see if they have a block on overseas payments, a block on internet payments, and/or a limit on the amount that can be charged in one day. These are common reasons why a payment initially does not go through.

Please note that 25% VAT is automatically added to your registration fee when paying by credit card.

According to EU tax law, there is no VAT on a digital event broadcasted from another country than the one you are attending from.

For participants inside the boarders, in this case Sweden, regular VAT laws apply. In this case, 25% VAT will be added for all participants. Exception, invoice payment for participants from governmental public authorities (statliga myndigheter). A majority of Swedish universities is a “statlig myndighet”.

Cancellation

For fully digital conference, the following cancellation conditions apply. The registration is binding. There is no refund for cancellations after registration is made.

If you are not able to participate, you are welcome to give your spot to a colleague. Please contact the conference secretariat if you want to change your name and participation for another person.

For participants earlier registered to attend on-site, you will receive information and possibility to cancel your earlier registration, or to turn it into digital. The conference secretariat will contact you by e-mail shortly.

A list of participants will be available for registered participants and sponsors. Name, organization (affiliation) and country will be presented in the list. No contact details will be shared, only used by the organizers to send you instructions and information. Phone number will only be used by the conference administration for contact if your e-mail address should fail.
