Registration is open. We recommend that you read through the information on this page, before entering the registration form via the button below.

Registration fees

The registration fee includes admission to the conference and exhibition, coffee and lunches according to the programme, and the welcome reception on 22 September. The conference dinner including a guided tour of Nobel Prize Museum is to an extra cost. Please note that the events need pre-registration on the registration form.

  • The “Reduced fee” (early SEK 2,800+VAT/ late SEK 3,300+VAT) is available for AHC members, PhD-students, Patients and Parents.
  • All other participant categories, please register for the “Registration fee, delegate”.

Register by 15 July, 2021 at the latest, to take advantage of the early bird discount.

All prices below are stated excluding VAT (taxes). 25% VAT will be added before payment.

Accompanying persons

Spouse, family member or travel companion who doesn’t want to participate in the full conference, can register to participate in the social events only. Accompanying persons fee, SEK 1,500, includes participation in the Welcome reception on 22 September and the Conference dinner with guided tour of the Nobel Prize Museum on 23 September.

When you register yourself as participant, you will receive a confirmation letter including a link to register your accompanying person. Accompanying persons do not have access to the lectures and the conference material.

 

Payment instructions and cancellation conditions

Swedish participants

Swedish participants can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
Invoice to Swedish organizations will be sent as an electronical invoice (e-faktura) if possible.

Participants from outside Sweden

All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)
Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer (invoice).

Invoice

When choosing ‘International bank transfer’ in the registration form, you will receive an invoice including bank transfer information (bank account number, IBAN, etc). The invoice is created manually, and will be sent as a pdf attachment by e-mail, usually a few days after registration.
The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.
The invoice option will close by 9 August, 2021, and from 10 August only credit card payment will be available.

Information about payment with credit card

We accept the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard.

For your safety, our payment system is connected to the 3D Secure system for ensuring the security of payments made through the internet. Your card needs to be connected to Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode. Your bank can inform you if your card is connected, and if not already, how it can be connected.

If you receive an error message when paying with your card, please check with your bank to see if they have a block on overseas payments, a block on internet payments, and/or a limit on the amount that can be charged in one day. These are common reasons why a payment initially does not go through.

Please note that 25% VAT is automatically added to your registration fee when paying by credit card.

According to EU legislation, 25% Swedish VAT will be added to all registration fees.
This according to EU legislation and regulation for conferences and events (C-647/17, EU:C:2019:195, of 13 March 2019 and Article
53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2016) VAT is paid in the country where services are rendered, e.g. the country
in which the conference takes place.

Exception: Swedish participants from governmental public sector organizations (e.g., universities, governmental agencies): No VAT will be added. In this case, you must choose Invoice (Swedish billing address only) as the payment mode and provide the VAT number of your employer.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to: atp1a3-2021@akademikonferens.se. Cancellations made by 15 July, 2021 at the latest will be refunded in full except for a cancellation fee of SEK 750. Cancellations made after 15 July will not be refunded. Cancellation of only separate activities or meals is non-refundable.

We are presently optimistic that we will be able to run this meeting as a physical conference in Stockholm. If this should not be possible due to restrictions (e. g. covid-19) all physical social activities will be cancelled. If the conference organizers cancel the dinner, the dinner cost will be refunded in full to all registered participants. As well as any changes in registration fee for the change from physical to virtual conference.

Change of delegate

If you are not able to participate, you are welcome to give your spot to a colleague. Please contact the conference secretariat to do so, preferably by e-mail.

A list of participants will be available for registered participants and sponsors. Name, organization (affiliation) and country will be presented in the list. No contact details will be shared, only used by the organizers to send you instructions and information. Phone number will only be used by the conference administration for contact if your e-mail address should fail.
